1. Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During holiday seasons and large-scale promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship internationally to most countries and territories. Customers can choose from available shipping options at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 12–16 business days
Delivery times are estimations only. Actual delivery speed may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics operations, weather disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates depend on the shipping destination, package size and weight, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. We provide free standard shipping for all orders exceeding $30. 
4. Order Tracking
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a valid tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking system to synchronize and display updated logistics information.
5. Customs and Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or administrative fees charged by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We comply with global shipping standards and declare all items honestly and accurately.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We do not support deliveries to PO boxes, military addresses or areas with limited logistics access. We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that cannot be fulfilled due to regional shipping restrictions.
7. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, please contact our support team with photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery. Confirmed lost shipments qualify for a full refund or free replacement shipment.
8. Order Cancellation & Address Changes
You may edit your shipping address or cancel your order at no cost before it is dispatched. Once shipment is confirmed, no further changes or cancellations can be made. Any costs resulting from voluntary refusal of delivery will be covered by the customer.
